Allotment

  • The allotment of sites will be as per seniority based on the initial payment and timely payment of subsequent installments. (ie. first come first serve basis).
  • Interested applicants are requested to apply through prescribed Membership form and Site booking form available in the society.
  • Membership in the society is compulsory to book a site.

Booking Process

  • Membership fees of Rs.2100/- to be paid along with the filled in Membership form. (Existing Members are exempted from paying the Membership fees)
  • Those who have not enrolled as a member can apply both for Membership and also for the Site simultaneously. (Membership forms and Site booking forms is attached with the brochure)
  • The filled in site booking form along with the necessary enclosures may be submitted to the address mentioned below with the initial Membership fee and Site booking amount.
  • Post dated cheques (PDC) are accepted to facilitate Members. (However Receipts, Site booking confirmation and will be only after the realization of cheques issued)
  • 30% of the site cost is to be paid for booking the site as per the dimension chosen by member along with the application, however to facilitate members an opportunity is given to pay only Rs.25000/- for booking the site and to enable applicants to maintain seniority.
  • The balance amount of 25% of the site cost as per the dimension chosen by the members is to be paid on or before 15days.

Cheques/DD (to be drawn favoring "SBI Staff Brindavan Housing Co-operative Society Ltd.") payable at Bengaluru.
