About the Society

SBI Staff Brindavan Housing Co-operative Society Ltd. (SSBHCSL) was formed in the year 1986 (12.09.1986), Sri B. Vijaya Bhaskar Shetty was the founder of the society, With great efforts he formed the first layout in the year 1992 at Lingadevara Koppalu (Village) Yelwala Gram Panchayat, Mysore.

Mr. M G JAYAPRASAD the present President revived the society in the year 2010 and expanded the area of operation to the entire Karnataka State, from then on the President, Secretary and Board of Directors struggled and worked hard to identify a land keeping in mind the cost effectiveness, nearly after 7years they succeeded in identifying a large land bank in Chikkaballapur which is proposed to be the Satellite city, with the help of Lotus Value, a leading land developer, the society under the President Mr. M G JAYAPRASAD has succeeded in making State Bank e-Township a reality.

Message from the President

Dear Members & Friends

"To start this message on a positive note, I am compelled to bring to light the adversities that have affected the real estate in the last decade. The last few years were not the best for the real estate market in India as the slow down impacted all asset classes across the country except in and around Bengaluru, which witnessed an appreciation of nearly 400% in the last decade. In such a situation where in we faced a lot of hurdles in land acquisitions and related approvals, the Hon`rable Secretary Sri Murahari Bhatt, Directors and also the existing members of the society motivated and extended full support in making my dream of launching the 100 acres State Bank e-Township into a reality. In making this township a reality Lotus Value, a land bank and developer with related experience has come forward to help the society in both acquiring, developing and promoting the township for the society. I would bring to notice that all documentation, queries related to this township & site visits would be handled by Lotus Value, however allotments, payments & legal documentation would be taken care by the society as per the rules & regulations. The township would be vibrant and a better place to live-in with all latest amenities, where in it would be accepting diversity than ever before, compromising people from different walks of life, different religion and varying cultural background.

They say you cannot choose your family but you can choose your neighbours. Neighbours those are like minded, neighbours who you can create a township with – where your thoughts can ourish, where happiness can multiply and life gets better with each passing day. These are only some of the good side effects of what we call as community living in a township. One of the most important aspects of living in a township is the sense of togetherness, the feeling of security and the joy of sharing. Resources are shared in the township in a meaningful way without wastage. Township living is highly real and pragmatic practice and it can have profound benets on individual wellness, economic wellness and greater social wellness. Crimes are almost non existence in such a society. Needless to say, living in such a pollution - free environment makes a person feel safer and more content.
